Situated in a quiet neighborhood within 45 minutes of DC & 15 minutes from Annapolis & the Naval Academy, our home has everything you need to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. Our home boasts of beautiful natural light and water views throughout the home. The 3 seasons porch and large front yard provide additional spaces for entertaining.

Our newly updated 4-bedroom home is designed with spacious living and effortless entertaining in mind. Step inside to find expansive rooms filled with natural light, including an open-plan living and dining area perfect for gatherings. The gourmet kitchen boasts modern appliances and flows seamlessly to both indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. Outside, a large patio and landscaped yard make it easy to relax or host guests, all while enjoying breathtaking views of the water.

Where you will sleep:

Each bedroom offers comfort and privacy.
The first floor bedroom features a master suite that has it's own wet bar and sitting area that comes with a day bed for seating or to accommodate two extra guests.

On the second floor you will find three additional bedrooms. Bedroom 1 comes with a queen size bed.

Bedroom 2 comes with two single beds and plenty of space to stretch out.

Bedroom 3 is a second floor master suite with its own private deck, for you to sit out and watch the sunsets or have your morning cup of coffee. This bedroom provides a luxurious retreat with water views.

Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.
